This is a 6"x 6" booklet which main purpose was to be part of a kit that was sent out to celebrities to design their own jewelry using beads made by Kazuri women of Africa. It is a way that employs and empowers these women who live in a impoverished country.
The designed needed to look elegant and high fashioned. My client kept referring that this would be something she would see in Neiman Marcus. I needed to lay out the large amount of text I was given while be able to cleanly displace images of jewelry created using the Kazuri beads. |
